CERO IS A WORKER-OWNED COOPERATIVE

This says a lot about our company values and about the communities we are proud to support.
We adhere to seven core Cooperative Business Principles:
Cooperatives welcome everyone who wants to join and use their services, embracing diversity without discrimination based on gender, social status, race, political beliefs, or religion.

Voluntary and Open Membership

Members are the heart of the cooperative, actively shaping decisions and policies. Everyone gets an equal vote, ensuring a true democracy where elected leaders answer to the whole group.

Democratic Member Control

Members invest fairly and share control over the cooperative’s resources. Profits are reinvested to grow the cooperative, reward members based on their involvement, and support community initiatives everyone agrees on.

Member's Economic Participation

Cooperatives are self-governed and member-driven. Any partnerships or external funding must respect and preserve the cooperative’s democratic control and independence.

Autonomy and Independence

Cooperatives empower their members, leaders, and staff through ongoing education and training, helping everyone contribute to the cooperative’s success. They also spread the word about the benefits of cooperation, especially to young people and community influencers.

Education Training and Information

Cooperatives strengthen themselves and the cooperative movement by working together locally, nationally, regionally, and internationally.

Cooperation Among Cooperatives

Cooperatives are dedicated to meeting their members’ needs and driving sustainable development in their communities. Every policy and action is geared towards building a better, more resilient future for everyone involved.
